A name, phone number, or address entered into a search box is sent to the third-party results provider. Our servers do not retain a copy of those searches. If you contact us, we receive the contents of the message and use them to answer it.
Information Collected by Routine Use
Hosting records ordinary technical logs, including IP address, browser type, pages requested, and timestamps. We review aggregated information to maintain the service and understand use. Cookies or comparable tools may support basic analytics and, where relevant, advertising measurement.
How Information Is Used
Information is used to operate the reference, address technical problems, measure traffic, and improve the material. We do not sell visitor lists or create individual visitor profiles.
External Links and Tools
Woburn Residents Directory links to records portals, Glennon Archives, Massachusetts resources, and third-party search tools. Each external provider controls the data submitted on its service under its own policy. That includes sponsored search results supplied by another company.
Service Providers and Disclosure
Providers that host or support the service process logs for us. Analytics and advertising partners may receive the automatic information described above. We disclose information only when valid legal process requires disclosure.
Security and Retention
The service uses an encrypted connection, and logs are retained only for the operational purposes described here. There are no accounts, passwords, or visitor profiles stored by this reference.
Visitors Under 18
This reference is intended for adults, not children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If a minor has sent information to us, contact us and we will remove it.
Choices About Your Data
Depending on where a visitor lives, that visitor may have rights to access, correct, or delete personal data held by a service. Because we retain very little, a request generally involves checking the contact mailbox and available logs, then removing applicable information. Use the Contact page. Records held by a Woburn, Middlesex, or Massachusetts custodian are outside our control; requests about those records belong with that custodian.
